Alaya Body is committed to your 100% satisfaction with our product.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for whatever reason, simply return it within 30 calendar days of receiving your order for a hassle-free refund.

Return Requirements

One test item of each product in any order may be opened.  To be eligible for a full refund, the balance of the order (i.e., all products other than the test items) must be returned in saleable condition with the original box, packaging and tags intact.

To return items, please repackage your parcel, together with your order confirmation record, take it to any Australia Post outlet and mail it to us at:

For peace of mind, and to establish proof of return, we suggest you register your parcel or otherwise obtain a parcel tracking receipt.

Please note that mailing cost of all returns, other than in the case of damaged or defective items, is at your own expense and will not be reimbursed by us.

Processing of Returns and Payment of Refunds


Once your returned package is received, we will credit your original form of payment.  Please allow 5-10 business days after receipt of your package to process your refund and for the credit to reflect on your account statement.


In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we are happy to refund all items damaged in transit or in the unlikely event of any production fault or defect. Any return postal changes in the case of such damaged or defective items will be reimbursed by us.
